Customers can choose to dine inside or outside, depending upon their mood. The menu is designed to pay homage to its location with a strong local focus. Since opening in 2010 Thomas Corner has always been included in the Australian Gourmet Traveller guide. In the 2017 guide Thomas Corner was one of only 6 restaurants in Noosa to be included and was awarded one goblet, which indicates a restaurant notable for the quality and suitability of its cellar.

In the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Thomas Corner was rated in the top 10 regional Queensland restaurants in the Australian Gourmet Traveller’s annual restaurant awards. (Since 2013 there have been a multiple number of notable new restaurants on the Gold Coast and competition has been tough)

Thomas Corner has always been included in the Brisbane Times Queensland Good Food Guide. In 2017 Thomas Corner scored 14.5 points. A score of 14 is good and a score of 15 is very good. When a restaurant scores 15 they are automatically awarded a hat.

David Rayner, Owner/Head Chef, is a state judge for the delicious produce awards and has been for many years and up until recently he was the Queensland Judge for National appetite for excellence Young Chef of the Year awards for many years.
